The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from domesdesign.com, owned by IOANNI PAPADOPOULOU, in Greece.

You have 14 days to change your mind.

1. Return-change is made in case of defective product or inadvertently - error shipping order from domesdesign.com and only within 14 days of delivery. All return-exchange costs in this case are borne by domesdesign.com. If a payment has been made in advance and the customer does not wish to make the change, he can request a refund. The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after the store is informed in writing about the return request of the products and accepts their return and if the products have been delivered to the partner transport company / courier, depending on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase, to a bank account or on the customer's credit card. All of the above applies if the domesdesign is checked and approved and the defect or error is found. 

2. Exchange can be made with a product of equal or greater value.

3. Changes to seasonal or discount items are not accepted (except in case of error 1).

4. In case the customer requests a change without bearing any responsibility for this domesdesign.com store, the shipping costs (return and re-shipping) will be borne by the customer.

5. In case of inability to execute an order, if payment has been made by the customer, the purchase price will be refunded immediately to the bank account or credit card with which the transaction was made.

For the return of your products you can visit our physical or online store, within 14 days with your receipt and credit card snippet (in case you have paid by credit card) completing the appropriate application. If you can not return the products you have purchased with a delivery service yourself, the partner shipping company can return them for you at an additional cost. The charge for transporting your products depends on the postal code of your area and the volume of the goods.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, in a sealed package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is covered by a warranty due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the package of the product, you must make sure to return it in perfect condition, together with all the parts and components of which it consists. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the store or to the cooperating transport company or courier company.

In case they are not returned within 14 days, then the company may not accept any return or replacement of product. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Except for the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers are recognized in each case under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any rights arising in connection with the product warranty terms.

  • Return of value for returned products

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you return in the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, bank deposit), unless you want another way to return. let us know in writing.

The return of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place if we accept the return to one of our stores.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

(a) the supply of goods manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set as a consumer or clearly personalized, for example, kitchen, windows to your measurements, wood cutting, paint from the painting machine, etc., and

b) products that have been modified by you,

(c) perishable products;

(d) the supply of goods or services the price of which is subject to monetary market fluctuations which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period;

e) the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.
